Blaze Pizza is the Chipotle of pizza. Seems like all the craze is about building your own pizza. There’s also another build your own pizza joint is also Piology where I shared with you back in 2013.
As you get in line you will take notice of the people ahead of you. It’s basically an assembly line of workers getting ready to prepare the pizza as you want it. The staff who was working was quickly pressing down on the pizza dough with a cool pizza crust making equipment. The kind staff will ask your for your name and then ask whether you want to make your own or choose from the menu. The Meat Eater which has pepperoni, crumbled meatballs, red onion, mozzarella, and red sauce could be one of the options from the menu.

To build your own pizza, there are many options as you can choose from the meats, veggies, cheeses, and the sauces.
Meats choose any: applewood bacon • crumbled meatballs • grilled chicken • italian sausage • pepperoni • salame • smoked ham
Veggies choose any: artichokes • arugula • bell peppers • black olives • cherry tomatoes • chopped garlic • fresh basil • jalapenos • kalamata olives • mushrooms • pepperonicini • pineapple • red onions • red peppers • sauteed onion
cheeses choose any: goat • gorgonzola • mozzarella • ovalini mozzarella • parmesan • ricotta • vegan cheese (add’l charge)
Sauces classic red sauce • spicy red sauce • white cream sauce • pesto drizzle • bbq drizzle • olive oil drizzle
Oh my goodness, for dessert we got the s’more cookie. I don’t know for sure but I think they warm it up slightly because the chocolate and the marshmallow were melted and gooey! Wish I could’ve gotten a pic of it =(
